New: Hold and remove hold on snapshots

Two new snapshot management methods allow you to control snapshot retention by placing or removing holds on snapshots:

Hold Snapshot: Prevents a snapshot from being deleted until the hold is removed.
Remove Snapshot Hold: Removes an existing hold, allowing the snapshot to be subject to normal retention policies.

When a snapshot has an active hold, the onHold property is set to true in snapshot responses from Get Snapshot and List Resource Snapshots.

Updated: Restore DynamoDB tables to existing tables

The restore jobs API now supports a new restore type AWS_DYNAMO_DB_TABLE_TO_EXISTING_TABLE_RESTORE, allowing you to restore DynamoDB table snapshots directly to existing tables. This restore type is available in:

List Restore Jobs: Use the new restore type in filters.restoreType.in or filters.restoreType.notIn to filter jobs, and view it in the jobs.restoreType response property.
Get Restore Job: The job.restoreType response now includes the new restore type.
